WHEREAS Contractor was commissioned by Owner and contributed to the creation of the above Work, the parties agree as follows:

In consideration of the compensation paid to Contractor by Owner, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Contractor and Owner hereby agree that the Work has been, since creation, and shall be considered a work made for hire under United States copyright law, with all rights of authorship and ownership fully vested in Owner. If, for any reason, at any time in the future the Work is deemed not to be a work made for hire, this Agreement shall serve as a full and irrevocable assignment to Owner of all right, title, and interest in the Work, including all copyrights applicable thereto, for the full duration of copyright and for all renewals and extensions of copyright that may be obtained under the laws now or hereafter in force and effect in the United States of America, and any other country or countries. The rights conveyed in this Agreement are without limitation as to media, technology now known or hereafter invented, time, or territory worldwide.

The individual songs/tracks under this Agreement include, but are not limited to, the following:

Future Negotiations: The Parties acknowledge that the matter of royalties and writing credits is not addressed in this Agreement. The Parties agree to engage in good faith discussions regarding these matters in the future, as necessary, based on the progression and success of the Project. The individual songs/tracks that will be subject to these future negotiations include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Mozart
Intending to be legally bound, the parties have signed their names on the date written below.
